The Story

A New Era of Creative Industry Innovation

From London to Leeds Back to London

Something significant began with a vision. After years of operating across beauty, culture, entrepreneurship, education and global creative industries, E.A.T.O.W identified a growing gap within the sector.

Whilst talent continued to emerge across beauty, fashion, media and content creation, very few environments were truly preparing creatives for the realities of long-term business sustainability, investment readiness, visibility, production exposure, strategic positioning and international growth.

The creator economy was expanding. The Media was changing. Technology was accelerating. The relationship between beauty, storytelling, production, branding and entrepreneurship was becoming increasingly interconnected. Yet many creatives were still being given fragmented information, limited access and very little exposure to the infrastructure behind long term success.

E.A.T.O.W recognised that the future required something far more immersive, commercially aware and culturally intelligent. Not simply education. Not simply artistry. But a high-level ecosystem capable of helping creatives understand how to build sustainable brands, strengthen visibility, attract opportunity and position themselves within the wider business of modern creative culture.

Built on years of industry experience, cultural insight, entrepreneurial development and educational innovation, E.A.T.O.W developed a future-facing vision designed to bridge the worlds of beauty, business, production, media, luxury positioning and creative entrepreneurship within one elevated environment. As the vision evolved, E.A.T.O.W sought a production partner capable of delivering the level of infrastructure, technical environment and immersive media experience required to bring the concept to life at the highest level.

Sticks & Glass

This alignment led to the collaboration with Sticks and Glass, one of the UK’s most exciting contemporary production companies, recognised for its work across major broadcast, production and post production environments connected to platforms including BBC, Channel 4, CBS and IMG.

Known for its cutting edge production and post production capabilities, Sticks and Glass brings an extraordinary level of creative infrastructure into the programme, including broadcast level editing suites, Dolby Atmos sound facilities, live broadcast capabilities, colour grading suites, multi camera production environments, podcast and voice recording studios and high end storytelling spaces that immediately shift the atmosphere from traditional learning into the heart of a genuine media and production ecosystem.

Launching in Leeds in September 2026, this carefully curated nine-day immersive experience has been intentionally developed for ambitious creatives, entrepreneurs, beauty professionals, content creators, fashion industry talent, brand founders and emerging cultural leaders seeking to elevate beyond traditional industry limitations. From the outset, the intention was clear. To create an environment where participants are not only exposed to practical creative development, but are also introduced to entrepreneurship, investor expectations, strategic positioning, media visibility and long-term business sustainability within today’s evolving creative economy.

Participants will be introduced to pathways around securing investment, understanding investor readiness, strengthening commercial positioning and preparing themselves professionally for future funding opportunities. They will also gain exposure to accelerator programme partners and wider entrepreneurial ecosystems designed to support long-term business growth following completion of the programme. Whilst Sticks and Glass provides the production environment and broadcast infrastructure, E.A.T.O.W remains the originating visionary force behind the concept, entrepreneurial framework, educational direction, cultural positioning and long-term global expansion of the experience.

This is not limited to makeup alone.

It is an immersive entrepreneurial and creative industry experience where beauty, business, media, storytelling, production infrastructure and cultural intelligence come together inside a luxury, future facing environment. The lighting. The production. The conversations. The access. The atmosphere. The exchange of ideas.

Every element has been intentionally considered to create an environment that feels cinematic, elevated and unmistakably connected to the future of global creative industries. Participants will receive internationally accredited certification, reinforcing the programme’s commitment to professional excellence, global standards and long-term career progression.

Leading the practical artistry and creative educational experience is internationally respected beauty educator, entrepreneur and industry expert Edith Williams, whose contribution to beauty education has established her as one of the industry’s most recognised and trusted voices. Alongside practical creative development, participants will gain exposure to branding, entrepreneurship, investor readiness, financial literacy, content strategy, media visibility, networking, luxury client experience, professional presentation, production awareness and long-term business sustainability.

The objective is not simply to develop talent.

The objective is to help shape commercially aware, culturally intelligent and globally positioned creatives who understand how to build brands, create opportunities and move confidently within the wider worlds of beauty, fashion, production, media and modern culture. As Leeds rapidly establishes itself as one of the UK’s most exciting production and media cities, this initiative reflects something far bigger than education alone.

It reflects the future of cross sector creative development.

A new model where creative industries, entrepreneurial thinking, media infrastructure and cultural innovation come together to support the next generation of globally aware creative professionals.
