With over 26 years of experience across communications, PR, talent management, and influencer strategy, Annie Harrison brings a dynamic combination of industry expertise, relationship-building, and modern digital influence to the E.A.T.O.W Academy collaboration. Her career began working with major brands, including Boots, Tesco, Vodafone, and British Gas before transitioning into the beauty and communications sector, where she worked with globally recognised brands including M.A.C Cosmetics, Revlon, and Benefit Cosmetics, part of the LVMH Group
Recognising the growing power of digital influence, Annie later founded Under the Influence Management, a beauty-focused talent agency supporting creators and influencers within the evolving social media landscape.
Following its success, the agency evolved into Inform Group, a modern communications and talent management company focused on authentic engagement, influencer relations, strategic partnerships, and impactful brand communication. As part of the E.A.T.O.W Academy collaboration, Annie and Inform Group will support and teach across PR, communications, influencer education, visibility strategy, and relationship management, helping creatives build brands that are commercially visible, culturally relevant, and globally respected.

Due to the highly curated nature of the experience and the limited number of spaces available, applicants will have the option to either make a full one-time payment or proceed via the staged payment structure outlined below.

Second Payment: £1,747.50
(30 days thereafter)

(No later than 14 days prior to programme commencement)
All payments made towards the programme are strictly non-refundable due to the level of preparation, administration, production, logistics, industry coordination, and limited placement allocation associated with the immersive experience. Full payment must be received prior to programme commencement. The payment gateway will officially open following the vetting and successful selection of applicants
Early Bird Investment Structure
The current programme investment of £5,995.00 reflects the early bird release phase and is subject to E.A.T.O.W programme terms and conditions. Applicants are strongly encouraged to secure their placement early by making the initial non-refundable commitment payment. Due to the carefully curated nature of the cohort and the limited number of places available, spaces cannot be reserved without payment confirmation.
Please note that once the early bird allocation has closed, the programme investment will increase to £6,250.00. Participants who secure their placement during the current phase will retain access to the original early bird rate.
Programme Enhancements & Strategic Opportunities
This current release reflects the waitlist and initial commitment stage only.
Additional industry experiences, strategic introductions, private opportunities, programme enhancements, and further high-level elements will be announced progressively as the programme develops. Participants joining during this stage will therefore benefit from substantially more than the currently published structure.
The programme has been designed not simply as an educational experience, but as a long-term platform focused on positioning, exposure, professional development, and strategic opportunity within the beauty and creative industries.
Programme Value
As further components, partnerships, industry access, curated experiences, and strategic opportunities are integrated into the programme, the overall value offering will increase significantly. However, participants confirmed during the early bird phase will maintain their original investment structure.
The projected commercial value of the full programme experience is expected to exceed £12,000.00, based on the calibre of industry access, immersive experiences, strategic development, and additional opportunities being incorporated into the ecosystem.
Certain experiences, partnerships, and programme opportunities will remain undisclosed until the official website launch and subsequent release phases.
Accommodation Information
Please note that accommodation is not included within the programme investment structure. However, accepted participants will receive access to preferred accommodation partners where specially negotiated participant rates and discounted pricing will be made available. This allows participants the flexibility to choose accommodation options most suitable to their personal preferences whilst still benefiting from exclusive programme partnership arrangements.
